Easter Weekend 2023 Draw Terms and Conditions

Thank you for participating in our Easter Weekend Competition Draw ("the Contest"). By entering this contest, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility: This competition is open to all customers who make a purchase of $30 or more on our website between Friday, 7 April 2023 and Monday, 10 April 2023 at 11:59 PM (GMT+12).

2. Entry: Customers who make a purchase of $30 or more on our website during the competition period will receive one (1) entry into the competition draw.

3. Prize: One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The winner will receive a prize of one Casual Comfort 6-Piece Tool Set.

4. Winner selection: The winner will be selected on Tuesday, 11 April 2023 and will be notified by email or phone within 24 hours.

5. Shipping: The shipping of the prize will be arranged alongside the winner's order, and any extra shipping expenses for the prize, if necessary, will be borne by Affordable Jewellery Supplies. If the winner requests any changes to the contest's shipping arrangement, they will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred.

6. Privacy: All personal information collected from participants in the contest will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest and will not be shared with any third parties.

7. Disclaimer: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in any fraudulent activity.

8. Governing Law: The Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
